Miguel recognized his calling to strengthen and serve families and businesses since childhood.

When he discovered the HVAC industry at 19 years old, his true passion for service was discovered. He dedicated all his time to learning about the incredible innovations in energy efficiency, air conditioning, and customer care. Miguel realized that although Arizona was overflowing with HVAC companies, few took care of their customers like family.

After gaining 12 years of professional experience in the HVAC industry, working 16-hour shifts on rooftops, and in attics, and receiving his NATE certification, he knew it was time to build a trustworthy HVAC company that home owners, business owners, and employees could rely on. He made it his mission to create a company that positive, team-oriented, and hard working professionals could call home.

In 2020, his dream became a reality when he founded, Meridian Air Conditioning & Heating -

a family-owned-and-operated, licensed, bonded and insured HVAC company in Arizona.
